Project Overview
HighByte’s business is all about making complex industrial data usable, so manufacturers can make smarter, faster decisions. But while they were transforming the industry, their website was stuck in the past.
With 70% of their marketing pipeline coming through the site, the outdated design, messy SEO, and hard-to-manage backend were all holding them back. HighByte needed more than just a fresh coat of paint—they needed a performance upgrade. So, they looked for a partner who’d dig deep to help them build a high-powered site.

Project Goals
Our mission with HighByte’s site was threefold:
- Performance Boost – Amp up site speed, SEO, and user experience to attract and keep the right visitors.
- Clearer Brand Messaging – Make it easy for visitors to “get” HighByte right away, showcasing them as a trusted authority.
- Improved Buyer Journey – Map out a smooth buyer journey that nudges visitors towards becoming leads.

Challenge
HighByte’s website overhaul had specific requirements: a backend capable of handling frequent updates, seamless integration with product pages, and robust support for an account center and knowledge base.
Marketing, product, and R&D teams all needed to align for a cohesive launch—on a tight timeline and budget.
Solution
Lean Labs re-engineered HighByte’s website to support growth. The new site launched with an immediate lift in performance, boosting their website grader score from 66 to 85.
