Project Overview
HubSearch’s business model is straightforward—most people understand the basics of recruiting. But to distinguish HubSearch from competitors, we needed to highlight what sets them apart, add clear value, and directly address the key challenges faced by their target buyers.
The previous HubSearch website was overly complex and didn’t speak to buyers’ pain points at each stage of their journey. It was more of a brochure, listing service features without connecting them to real customer needs or offering clear, compelling solutions.
Lean Labs' challenge: make the message simple yet undeniably valuable, creating a no-brainer choice. Here’s how we did it.
Project Goals
1. Meet Visitors Where They Are – Write copy that speaks directly to cold, warm, and hot leads, guiding each type along their path.
2. Simplify the Search – Make it easy for visitors to find exactly what they’re looking for, fast.
3. Drive Conversions – Boost qualified leads, with a special focus on high-intent pages that turn visitors into clients.

Challenge
HubSearch’s old website was difficult to navigate and didn’t clearly reflect their expanded services, feeling like new offerings were simply layered onto a site built around one initial product. Visitors couldn’t easily understand who HubSearch was, what they provided, or how to connect with them.
Despite strong traffic, conversions remained low. HubSearch needed a full redesign to enhance user experience and drive engagement, aligning their website with their growth and goals.
Solution
We partnered with the HubSearch team to map out each stage of their buyer's journey. Following that, we held in-depth interviews with HubSearch stakeholders to collect essential insights for developing messaging tailored to core website and landing pages.
Our goal was to create clear, impactful website copy and clean design featuring highly relevant offers and intuitive calls to action. To support traffic flow to these newly optimized pages, we simplified the site navigation, ensuring users can easily find what they need.
90-Day Results
- Average Exit Rates on key pages decreased 17%
- Bounce rates on key pages remained stable
- Form submissions on top lead magnet increase 6%
- Organic and direct website traffic are both on upward trajectory post-launch.
